Motion Graphics is one of our core services. Between the team we have over 25 years of experience in 2d and 3d motion design. We adapt our techniques to accommodate different types of branding and explore narratives from the storyboard through to motion boards and final animations.

We can execute standard motion graphics in traditional formats broadcast HD and regular 16:9 content delivery. We are also experienced in adapting content for more unusual multi screen setups and large format delivery.

Projection Mapping

Having delivered multiple projects in projection mapping such as The British Museum, Lexus, Radio 1’s Big Weekend & Intel, we are expertly placed to work and consult on any scale projection mapping project. From objects as small as a ping pong ball to large scale building facades such as Ebrington Barracks we have projected our premium grade creative designs and concepts onto.  we thrive on mapping challenges of all scales.  

We also provide an end to end solution in creative design to live deployment as well as collaborate with a plethora of our partners to provide continual innovation.

VR / AR Production

Creatively pioneering solutions for the ever changing immersive experience landscape. Offering bespoke innovative creative and delivery options including workflow for Hololens and Oculus with certified Unity staff for production in house.

Projects to date have covered event planning, stage design presentation, experiential campaigns and commissioned VR & AR art installations.

Ben Sheppee
Creative Director

Co-founder and hands on creative director who has won several awards for creative visual contents, whilst living and working abroad in the US, Japan and Paris for 10+ years. Sheppee has directed several landmark projection mapping projects and has delivered for BBC, Universal, Sky and numerous A list music acts.

Involved in the VJ visual arts movement for around 20years, his first company published 240 films by 70+ designers and he has written for publications on the subject.


Tom Bowers
Strategy & Innovation

18+ years in creative innovation in the broadcast industry pushing for change in the TV space in respect to viewer and fan engagement, with groundbreaking ideas around emerging technologies and social media. Having worked on major shows including The Brit Awards, Million Pound Drop and Got to Dance innovating the first regulated live global social vote, as well as championing the 1st wave of socially dynamic TV advertising in the UK. 


Chanikul Dechpholkrang (Aun)
Lead 3d Artist

As a 3D/VFX artist, Chan strives to bring originality and realism to his work, his aim is to make people question whether effects being used at all. His passion for the creative development process is always at the core of what he does.
Appreciating the importance of latest technologies in order to innovative fresh  work he also combines his passion for the outdoors with capturing dynamic footage with his new pet drone!


Gloria Matolo

The life of the party, keeping the boys in check… Gloria Matolo is the company CFO with a background in Management Accounts. After a long stint in the city center working for financial instiutions, she moved on to managing accounts for a private school and now heads up affairs for Observatory.
She enjoys travelling with the projects, and indulging in a glass wine… but cracks the whip to make sure everyone cleans up after themselves…


Mike Faulkner
Creative Director

Known widely for his work under the alias D-Fuse, outputting installations, film, and experimental live cinema performances. Beginning in graphic design & VJing, Mike’s work has evolved to address social and environmental themes and explore collaborative processes. His works have been published extensively in print and on dvd internationally and his key projects Small Global and Endless cities have been toured for several years by the British Council.
